Urban Farming anyone?
A friend and I are trying to get an urban farming group going here in Tokyo. We're full of ideas and have loads of enthusiasm. We're more than willing to take the lead, but being foreign to Japan there's a lot of things we need help with to get started. Things like city ordnances, where construction waste goes and how to get at it, whether Japan Rail would allow guerilla gardening on their waste ground areas, where companies with large organic waste streams are..
