I'm currently entering the final stages of creating a business plan for a start up company in the Energy Consulting field in Japan. In order to make this business work, I'm going to need two things:

1) a Japanese business partner who can interact with both Japanese authorities and domestic clients

Thanks for the mail. Luke and I did meet up for a chat a couple of weeks back and might have found some ways in which we could cooperate, but I don't think you'd be stepping on his toes at all.
