Looking for a roof
Hi All,
My project partner and myself are looking for a rooftop in Tokyo. We're experimenting with roof gardening to try and create a low cost, high ecology, 'working' alternative to Tokyo's high cost, purely decorative rooftop gardens. We're not thinking topiary, we're thinking ecology so we'll be putting lots of things on roofs that Tokyo will never have seen before; DIY beehives being one of them.
We want to lower the entry barriers to doing this through the floor (pardon the pun) and we have lots and lots of technical advice on hand to see it to fruition (pardon the pun again). What we need now is some space to give it a try. So we're looking for a roof owner with a green attitude and an open mind. If you are such a person or know of someone who fits the bill then please contact me.
