Green Business Workshops

As many of you know, we have been holding a series of Green Business Workshops every Saturday this month. The topics have varied considerably and some of the projects discussed included the EM Factory environmental business plan contest hosted by Waseda University which has been running for about 6 years now, a proposal for a new multilingual environmental and social information exchange hub and online learning center, and a solar power financing and sales business model. Thank you to all the participants so far for providing valuable input and feedback on each of the projects.

Next week is Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) and there is plenty of stuff happening around Japan! Green Mondays members can sign up for the following event with the registration code "Green Mondays" to get priority registration.

Please allow me to once again extend an invitation for free attendance to you and anyone in your network who is interested in receiving feedback on their current Green Business related projects, or participating in a new project. In particular this week we will be discussing Ecovillages, the Eco-Kentei (Eco Certificate), and Green Business English/Japanese, including how to find paid work in Tokyo.

Future workshops include Green Energy (Sat Nov 21), and Green Agriculture, Farming and Water (Sat Nov 28).
